On your keyboard on the page with the rich text box, press Control+F5 to clear cache in your browser.
Or try incognito mode, or clearing cache manually.
It is trying to use the old javascript with the new tinymce richtextbox.
Once cache is cleared it should not happen again and show load instantly.
